Fulfillment Policy
1. Service Delivery
Full Bloom Agency provides creative services including branding, web design, social media marketing, and email marketing. All services are delivered digitally and/or through strategic consultation. Upon purchase, clients will receive a confirmation email with details regarding their project timeline and next steps.
2. Currency & Payment
All transactions are processed in USD. Payments are due as outlined in the service agreement provided at the start of the project.
3. Turnaround Time & Revisions
Timelines for project completion vary depending on the scope of work. Estimated timelines will be provided in your contract. Revisions are included as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our creative services, we do not offer refunds or returns. Cancellation policies are determined based on your agreement with Full Bloom Agency and are outlined in your contract. If you wish to cancel your project, please refer to your service agreement for terms regarding cancellations and applicable fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful project completion, clients are responsible for providing necessary materials (such as logos, brand assets, copy, or feedback) within the agreed timeframe. Delays in client response may affect the delivery timeline.

7. Changes to This Policy
